	ARTELINA CONDITIONS OF SALE home 1. Basic Conditions Please send payment with the order. For orders of 1 copy: firm sales only (no discounts) For orders of 2-9 copies: firm sales only (40% discount to booksellers) For orders of 10-19 copies: firm sales only (45% discount to booksellers) For orders of 20 or more copies: firm sales only (55% discount to booksellers) Discounts are calculated from the price excluding GST. Artelina reserves the right to review discounts, recommended retail prices and conditions of sale at any time. The term 'goods' in these 'Conditions of Sale' refers to books and products manufactured and/or supplied by Artelina. 2. Payment/Credit Credit may be extended to approved customers. Credit terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice. Should the customer default in payment due then all such monies shall immediately become due and payable within 7 days or Artelina will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 2% flat per month until the date of actual payment. Customer agrees to reimburse Artelina the cost of recovering such monies. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer pays Artelina in full for the goods. 3. Delivery Free Into Store (F.I.S.) within Australia unless otherwise agreed by both parties prior to the despatch of goods. 4. Returns of Damaged, Misbound or Faulty Books Returns are only approved if the goods are found faulty by virtue of incorrect manufacturing, printing, materials and/or damaged by shipping. All returns must be authorised by contacting Artelina by email or fax. The faulty goods will be replaced, but no refunds will be given. The return/s must: be returned within 14 days of the authorisation, include a schedule including the customer's name, address and copy of original invoice, be forwarded to Artelina postal address by the cheapest method or as agreed, and the customer to pay the postage. The postage will be reinbursed subject to Artelina agreeing that the goods were faulty.
